Welcome! I am a certified EMDR therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families on their unique healing journeys. With a Master’s Degree from UBC, I am both a registered clinical counsellor and a registered social worker, bringing a wealth of experience to my practice. I work with clients across the lifespan—from teens to adults—providing a balanced approach that helps clients process difficult feelings and experiences while offering direct, present-focused interventions to build effective coping strategies. Since 2005, I have had the privilege of working with individuals who have experienced trauma through various public health agencies in Vancouver, (the unceded territory of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations). My commitment to culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care has been at the foundation of my work with youth in the mental health system, including LGBTQ2S+ and Indigenous youth. In addition, I see many healthcare professionals—including physicians, residents, and medical students—through word-of-mouth referrals. I also offer individual and group clinical supervision to therapists and students, supporting professional growth from a trauma-informed lens. Whether you are facing personal challenges, navigating complex relational dynamics, or healing from trauma and PTSD, I’m here to support you with compassionate, evidence-based care to improve your day to day, achieve goals that are important to you and live a purpose-focused life.
